Power dinner for the protein freaks

Grill a huge tomato to give you all the beta carotene and cut it into half to slit in a slice of ham and cheese to give you more taste. Then grill the drumsticks marinated with salt, pepper,  worshire sauce and thick dark soy sauce for 25 minutes. Serve them with one whole grilled potato drizzle with some  olive oil and parsley.

Collagen drink supplements

I never believe in collagen drink supplements.  Nevertheless,  3 months ago, I laid my hands on my first collagen drink and I find them quite convincing in terms on skin hydration and suppleness.  Overall skin on body also has a good glow and firmness. Will continue trying out different brands available in the market.  Mostly all formula in Japan.

Stewed chicken with bitter gourd makes healthy dinner

Massage the sliced bitter gourd with salt until they  are translucent.  Wash away the salt. Marinate the chopped chicken with salt, soya sauce, sugar, sesame oil and cornflour. 
Fry some garlic and ginger slices. Add in 2 tsp of Chinese black beans and 1 tsp of fermented soya beans. Then add in the chicken and stew till they are cooked.  Add water, chicken stock and oyster sauce to taste.  Add the sliced bitter gourd and cooked for another  10 to 15 minutes till the bitter gourd is soft.  Serve them hot and best  eaten with rice.

Carbs loading on weekends

Some Treats for the weekends folks. Baked cheese nachos with bacon and salsa dressings. Layered with fresh lettuce and pickled jalapeños.  Awesome meal for two. Reasonably oriced at RM32 (usd10) .
