Power dinner for the protein freaks

Grill a huge tomato to give you all the beta carotene and cut it into half to slit in a slice of ham and cheese to give you more taste. Then grill the drumsticks marinated with salt, pepper,  worshire sauce and thick dark soy sauce for 25 minutes. Serve them with one whole grilled potato drizzle with some  olive oil and parsley.
